GAODE EQUIPMENT
Compressed air to mechanical motion.
The supplied catalog describes a vane air motor that converts pressure energy from compressed air into mechanical energy. The 2AM-F110 entry identifies IEC flange mounting, 4 vanes and reversible rotation.
Within the catalog’s 2AM family, the V arrangement uses hub and face mounting, H uses foot mounting, F110 uses an IEC flange and F114.3 uses a NEMA flange. This page describes F110; these variants are not treated as dimensionally interchangeable.

Check the interface.

The supplied image matches the 2AM-F110 drawing shown on catalog page 5. Use the front and side views to discuss the flange, shaft and connection envelope.
Pending confirmation: The drawing does not provide an approved revision, a confirmed unit legend or manufacturing tolerances. Obtain a controlled drawing before machining or confirming fit. No dimensions have been inferred from the image.

Series reference.
Confirm your working point.
The table below reproduces the catalog’s 2AM series row for oil-lubricated pneumatic motors. It is not a guaranteed operating specification for 2AM-F110.
| Item | Catalog information |
|---|---|
| Maximum output power | 0.93 hp / 0.68 kW |
| Torque at maximum output | 2.20 Nm / 19.50 lb.in. |
| Maximum speed (operation data) | 3,000 rpm |
| Maximum air consumption | 49.5 m³/h / 30 cfm |
| Speed in “Maximum Torque” column | 350 rpm |
| Maximum torque | 3.05 Nm / 26.10 lb.in. |
Pending confirmation: The series table does not state inlet pressure or test conditions. Some paired units, including air consumption and maximum torque, do not convert exactly. Source values are retained unchanged and need technical review before use.
Operating conditions still required
- Inlet pressure and available flow at the motor.
- Required torque and speed at the same operating point.
- Starting load, duty cycle and allowable exhaust restrictions.
- Lubrication, filtration and ambient/environment limits.
Performance curves
Pending confirmation: The catalog includes a general series power–speed envelope on page 2, but no model-specific torque–speed–air-consumption curve or test report. The envelope is not treated as a guaranteed variant working curve; no interpolation is generated.

Discuss the application.
The catalog lists mixing equipment, conveyor belt drives, food and pharmaceutical packaging, fiber cutting, tension control, rotating worktables and tire molding equipment as general applications. The product document also mentions spraying, automation and lifting.
These are catalog-level use categories, not evidence of a completed project or approval for this model in a particular process.
Pending confirmation: Application suitability, hazardous-area classification, food/pharmaceutical compliance, temperature limits and safety requirements need separate verification. No certification, explosion-proof rating or lifting approval is asserted.
Maintenance and accessories
Pending confirmation: No 2AM-F110 maintenance schedule, lubricant grade, spare-parts compatibility list or service terms were supplied. The catalog’s repair-kit image does not establish compatibility.
